Why I do things differently

After many years in the industry, I had started feeling like a tattoo copy machine, this and combined with working at many shops over the years. Both high end shops, and what people in the industry call street shops. Taught me many things, one of which is that, I do not wish to be a street shop, or a street artist. I want to be chosen by my clients based off of my work ethics, my unwavering dedication to quality art work, and of course hospital grade sterility. Because of this, I have structured my business a bit differently, than most other tattoo artists. I often turn designs down, for example, not for callousness. But for one or more of several reasons I will list here: 1:Some times due to the aging process of tattoos, ideas people find on the internet or on friends and family are simply not going to age well, and I want to provide you with something you will still love in 20 years, not just 20 minutes. 2:The art is simply not my style. You wouldn't ask a master carpenter to fix your plumbing and if that man is a professional, he wouldn't take the job on. The reality is being a jack of all trades, often makes you a master of none of them. I stick within art styles I am very passionate about, so as to ensure my heart is in each project. 3:The art is simply not good, for better or worse the internet is here to stay. Because of this, I often have clients bring in photos of art work, that is simply either amateur or in some cases, again just not a good idea for a tattoo. Because I have spent many years finding out and learning, both from mentors, and by my own journey I know what is and what isn't going to make up a good tattoo. As such I ask my clients to trust my judgement on their projects, when they don't I simply am not interested in tattooing them. When they do, we always end up with a world class quality tattoo they are thrilled with. 4:Pricing, while I understand not everyone is rich, I also understand that world class quality isn't cheap, and nor are cheap things world class quality. I know for the services I provide and the pricing I charge, that I am more than fair with my pricing. Besides, this stuff is permanent, and I believe it is there for worth your planning and saving if you want a world class quality tattoo. Moreover, nobody wants to get tattooed by a hobbyist right? So let's not trust permanent body modification to any one but the professionals. I know I don't cheap out on my work, and neither should you if you care about it. Now on to reasons I take projects on: 1: I am excited about the project, and am 100% confident I can nail it well beyond the clients expectations. 2: See number 1 3:^^^^^^^^^^^ Finally, I know I can combine professionalism, and quality with an atmosphere of fun and comfort. After all a guy with a mug like this can't be all serious hahahah. Let's talk about your next project, come on by and schedule a free consultation today!
